Ben is a writer, director, choreographer, filmmaker, educator & Broadway professional.
He is the co-creator, book writer, & choreographer of A Second Chance, a new musical. He wrote, directed, & choreographed the multi-award-winning short films Free & Early Mourning, both distributed by ShortsTV & streaming on Amazon Prime. He is the book writer for the new musical, One Night Only, funded by Creative Scotland in collaboration with Visible Fictions, UK. Ben recently choreographed Into the Woods & Carousel for The Royal Academy of Music, London & Fiddler on the Roof at the Vineyard Theatre, NYC. He directed & choreographed Let the Right One In for The Neighborhood Playhouse, NYC, alongside original musical revues, Pure Imagination, Stoop Songs, Another Hundred People & By the River. He served as Movement Director and/or Choreographer for twelve full-scale productions for "The Fame School" NYC & a tribute to Broadway legend Ben Vereen. He choreographed Held Momentarily for NYMF, Gypsy in Houston, TX, Hairspray in Stamford, CT, & Ballet Central UK. Ben served as the Assistant Choreographer on the Broadway production of Enron & the reading of Robin & The Seven Hoods.

Ben is a multi-faceted arts educator and coach specializing in theatre dance, song interpretation, acting, monologue and scene study, and audition technique. He was on the theater dance faculty at Broadway Dance Center NYC & has guest taught at all other major NYC dance studios. Ben was a master teacher at Dancefest, CT. He has been invited to guest teach for various companies, schools, & studios in the UK, across Europe, Japan, & the USA. Ben was the Artistic Director of Broadway Arts Factory, a 501(c)3 musical theatre school based in NYC. He was the founder and director of The Broadway Experience, an international musical theatre program designed to create and inspire triple threat performers from 2008 - 2021. Ben is the creator of Body Language, a narrative-driven movement class for actors.
Ben was first seen on Broadway in Matthew Bourne's TONY award-winning Swan Lake, followed by Fiddler on the Roof, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Enron & City Center Encores! staging of Follies. West End & European tour productions to include Cats, Fosse, Matthew Bourne's Cinderella & The Carman. He was part of The Most Happy Fella & Pirates of Penzance at NYCO & Hello Dolly at The Papermill Playhouse. He was also a member of Met Opera Ballet, New York City Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and English National Ballet. Film work includes The Carman, (Channel 4 Films) & Leprechauns, (John Henderson prod.) and has appeared on TV in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, Chitty & Mermaid commercials, Today Show, Good Morning America (US) The Royal Variety Show, The South Bank Show, and Blue Peter (UK.)
Ben co-founded YDI Entertainment Ltd, a production company that promotes diversity and acceptance by supporting new voices and original work across all media.
